La Rotonde in Saint-Etienne is a "cultural centre specialising in science outreach, with the aim of stimulating curiosity in everyone.
From 1 October 2025 to 21 February 2026 you can visit the exhibition ‘Seeds: how plants are born’.
As part of this exhibition, Florence Nicolè, a teacher-researcher at LBVpam, has come to talk about her work. The programme included a presentation of her work, a discussion about lavender and the role played by its scent, an exchange on the Pollucom project, which aims to understand the effect of pollution on plant/pollinator relationships, and of course a presentation on seedless plants, seed-bearing conifers and flowering plants.
All in all, a very full and informative evening!
Many thanks to La Rotonde for organising these wonderful exhibitions.
