Plants we study

LBVpam have for many years worked on rose, pelargonium, lavender and petunias. In 2022 bryophytes was added to the main model list. The lab also studies clary sage, lady’s slipper orchid, palms, figs, apple, cyclamen and many other species. In order to perform biochemical characterization we also use transgenic Nicotiana benthamiana, Arabidopsis thaliana and yeast.
