As part of our research we use different omics technologies to discover and evaluate the volatile diversity of aromatic plants. We also use these technologies to find and characterize new genes involved in essential oil production.

Metabolomics platform

Our metabolomics platform offers a cutting-edge service for the analysis of metabolites, using advanced technologies and recognised expertise.

Our platform is equipped with state-of-the-art technologies for the quantitative and qualitative analysis of metabolites using mass spectrometers coupled to gas chromatography (GC-MS) or liquid chromatography (LC-MS).
