Terpenoids
We have a lot of projects related to the study of terpenoid diversity and biosynthesis. We have discovered and described lot of enzymes and genes involved in terpene pathways in lavender, clary sage, petunia, rose, pelargonium and bryophytes. We aim to translate these discoveries via biotechnological steps to commercial productions in pelargonium and mosses.
