Models

BVpam have for many years worked on rose, pelargonium and lavender. In 2022 bryophytes was added to the main model list. The lab also studies many other plants like clary sage, lady’s slipper, palms, figs, apple, cyclamen and many other species. In order to perform biochemical characterization we also use transgenic Nicotiana benthamiana, Arabidopsis thaliana and yeast.
