Omics

As part of research we use different omics technologies to discover and evaluate the volatile diversity of aromatic plants. We also use these technologies to find and characterize new genes involved in essential oil production. Bvpam has a well equipped metabolomic platform equipped with several different GC-MS and a LC-MS, which allow to perform many lines of research.
